I bought this from an elderly lady on Saturday and she said her dad used it on the back of an old Model A when they used to go fishing. I imagine the trays would be turned around to keep the food away from the block of ice in the middle. Also has a small drain hole in the back and the cooler appears to be factory made. The lid opens from one side only and when opened the top rests flat against the back of the cooler. It is double-walled and when I squeeze the sides it feels like cork inside for insulation. Anybody know if this is what it actually was intended for? I have looked and posted on other sites but no one seems to know. There are no manufacture markings anywhere that I can find. Thanks, Marc
