That building is borrowed bucks roadhouse bar. There are also ones just like it in Fargo, Grand Forks, ND. As well as Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Old gas station that has seen better days. On the Historic Columbia River Highway 30, West of Cascade Locks, Oregon. You can get a glimpse of it from Interstate 84. Looked to have a former restaurant and motel next door in a scenic setting before the Interstate passed them by and left them on a dead end stretch of scenic 30.
