Nice sign, lot's of bold contrast between colors and fonts...makes it stand out. Can't be many of those out there.

Found an ad for McMurrey gas in Paris, TX in 1939. Still a wholesaler listed by that name in Tyler.

Tri color porcelain oval in the original hanging ring--I figured one of the Texas company collectors would have to have this little gem? You find some nice stuff Charlie! I bet you put a few miles on doing it too! I've been across TEXAS, and it takes a whole day! LOL
