This particular property I own has 3 county easements which make it virtually impossible to build a shop on ..... enter Old Hickory Sheds 12 x 36 pre-built to my specs in 2 weeks delivered, dropped, leveled & it's ready to go. Not a bad alternative to a permanent structure plus I can move it anytime to another property ! Decorating to start soon & I'll post more pics. Z

get some 30" signs for the outside and make is look like a mini version of a full size barn with 6ft signs

Yep, some "shed hangers" are on the list, 30", 36", 42" or 6 footers would all be cool ! Don't get many chances to buy signs around here, have a few more auto swaps this year to go to though so I'll be lookin !
I have plenty of "stuff" for the inside lol ! Priority is to get some power & lights in, a ramp and a small set of stairs for the man door. fun little project for sure ...maybe it will motivate me to do something with that poor Groetken visible in the pic !

42" swinging style sign on a post on the front corner and you could alway build a mini lean to porch off the front with two short pumps and oil can rack in the middle . That will be really neat how ever you do it.
