So I was exploring up around Gleed, Wa today and happened on a big farm sale, looked around & lots of very cool items but way overpriced.....on the way out (don't know how I missed it) was this I think it's an ECO 25 ? It's pretty rusty, rough & pitted but I think it can be saved ? for a crisp 100 dollar bill they told me to load it up ! so is it a hit or a miss ? Z

I need a bottom cover late for my #26 [orig or copy]! The 26 has a hose hanging hook below the head in front.

I need a bottom cover plate for my #26 [orig or copy]! The 26 has a hose hanging hook below the head in front. I was having a difficult time with the ID on this, tag has the serial number but not a model #. It must be a 26 then because it has the 2 holes below the head...I assumed they were for the hose hanger but wasn't sure, looks like I need that, glass, bezel & crank. I really don't like the "full resto" route so I might try the "full rusto" route Thanks for all the comments and if you have any pics of these I'd like to see them ! Z

26 is squarish below the head where the Hook Lever is. Until I locate the AIR BOOK, I'd agree yours is a 25 & I have a 26 [according to id tag].

Flipping thru the Air meter book, the head appears to look more like a Model 24 with a slightly different collar where it attaches to pole. Book lists it as being designed for mounting on top of a pole, came with various adapters to attach to any size pole, no hook for hose.
Model 25 has a hose hook built into the body therefore the body is taller.
Model 26 has three different versions listed. First version is a similar body (shorter) but has the hose hook cast into the collar. 2nd & 3rd versions have the hose hook built into the body (taller body).
Is the bottom collar removable on these or is cast into the body?

Thanks Dave, I don't have the book but brought up some pics of all 3 in question & your right.....mine appears to be a 24 ? mine has 2 holes in the pipe below the head where they might have had something mounted otherwise where would the hose have gone ? When I looked at the 25 hose hanger (reproduction) it does go into the body, maybe they had a 26 hose hanger mounted ? I'm really confused now ! lol Z
