Looking for the Nov. and Dec. back issues of the 2004 PCM magazine that contained a 2-part article about the Guarantee Measure Liquid / Fry Company.
If anyone has them let me know your asking price.

The Fry articles are not in the Nov./Dec issues. They are in the 2004 December and 2005 January issues.

I do own, a Nov 2004 issue of PCM. And it does have part 1 of Scott Anderson's article on the Guarantee Liquid Measure Company in it... With images and reference notes....
I do not have the second part of the article...

It looks like I just made the first mistake I every made in my list (excluding getting married three times), you are correct, the two Fry articles are in the Nov, Dec, 2004 issues of PCM.
