Hey guys, looking to buy my first pump and I have a chance to buy this and it is in excellent shape and in working order. What would be a fair price for something like this? He wants $1000. Thank you.

Way overpriced and not a desirable pump. I'd wait for another pump to show up.

Doesn't mater if it works will never pump gas again and the guts have no value
Oilzum, 1qt Oil Cans, Gas and Oil smalls, Oldsmobile collectables.
