Reminds me of a guy I met in Zeeland Michigan 8-10 years ago. Late 80's and still full of life, drove like he was winning a race, and had a barn full of old cars. Him and his wife did a couple dozen county fairs every year, traveling with different cars or tractors. Said he hoped to drop dead in his shop, and hopefully he wouldn't be holding the torch. Collecting keeps you young!

Too bad about Van Buiten losing his wife! I hope I go first! She will join my kids in a huge garage sale! Even though he has to sell his collection, at least he is able to oversee the process! Great Story!

I'm collecting all types of porcelain signs but prefer Mobil Oil.
