I've purchased two original lights for a banjo pole complete with light arms...the light arms still has some black paint on them, but the light shades which seem to be cast metal have no paint whatsoever on them i was wondering if any one knew the original color texaco used in the 50's? in my online research I've seen red and green.

According to the Texaco sign and pole installation instructions they don't list a color. If they're cast aluminum just leave them as is.
