Have any of you seen a picture of an original Golden Shell or Shell Penn Oil can rack for these cans?

Isn't this sign taken from a Shell oil rack? At least that's what I've been told anyway, but I have never seen one.

same here, seen the signs but never the rack that that sign would go on...

Guys - Thanks for the photos...Dave your rack looks like it could be correct...I'm not sure. Kevin...Dennis Leith posted a pic of a sign like yours a while back with a rack (wire) attached to the sign...I kind of "thought" those might have been used on racks that held the glass bottles vs. the metal quart cans but I am not sure... I have seen pics of the larger (ballpark 24 inch SSP Clamshells) on each side of a wire rack that would have held bottles. I would bet one of the west coast boys might have one in their collections... Kevin that Shell sign is taking up way too much room in your shop...better mail it to North Caolina lol...
