I have been trying to find somebody that will ship a pump to england by boat.

Ups will not.
Fed ex will not, only by air $$$$$$

Does anybody have any ideas?

I've shipped home a few pumps from Hershey, www.transoceanauto.com I have used many times without any problems.

Let the customer find a shipping company that ships for instance cars to his own country (like in Gary post).
They will have local shipping companies in the US that the pump can be sent to and they will load it in the same container as someones car. I did this when I bought an NOS rocker panel for my Fairlane. Won it on ebay, seller sent it to a shipper in Savannah, where it was loaded into a container and sent to Sweden.

Ryan, I have heard that Bax is good. I have used White Glove Express out of New York with great luck twice. Send me an email and I will give you all the specs.

I had good luck with DHL shipping bikes in crates on 2 occasions.

I used BAX Global once to ship a '54 Ford truck hood to Germany. Every thing went smooth, they were a little pricey in my book, but my wife always says that I'm a cheap ***. lol
