Nice job Ted. Did you have the globe and decals special made. I don't remember them being offered as your run of the mill repoed stuff? Then it would sure be nice if they were originals! LOL

Ted:

Great looking pump! Nice color combination and well laid out. (It might be kewl to reproduce the 'lighthouse' rays in the ad glass window behind the brass.)

Later . . .

Thanks for all the kind comments.
Gary the decals and globe were made as very limited edition and I got lucky to obatin the pair.
I have seen plans to reproduce Beacon but the lighthouse is a diifferent color and other differences.
T-way, yes I kicked around the idea of Beacon add glass to match but decided to do the sunburst as I really like that also. I have had that pump since 1998 so I had sometime to think about it. Ted

Ted:

I didn't mean to replace the Sunburst - just to add something behind it. Kinda like this.

I just whipped this up as a rough example of my idea. This would be a polished brass Sunburst with the 'Beacon' light scheme behind it.

Whadayathink?

I like the colors but I would try it with the stainless sunburst for myself. I don't know if it might be too much color for my application but nice thinking. Ted
