As Rich showed on the first page Wadhams was bought out by Mobil in 1930. The Wadhams name was phased out over a period of years and I believe the final Wadhams Division was closed in 1953.

I "Can't" get enough of those cans!

Here's a "big" can for hauling lots of oil or fuel. Check out the gloss on that paint job.

And a sign on an early Mobil station that I would love to ad to my collection some day.

That station is on Highway 101 trhough Buellton CA circa 1920's or 30's.

More great "stuff" from Rex.....I LOVE that Tavern Home Products shield!!

Here's one you don't see often. It's a small can (6"x4"x3") from France with images of an old race car on both ends. It's the only one like I've seen.

Richard and Rex,
How long have you been collecting?

Glenn,
Isn't collecting Wadhams stuff like looking for a needle in a haystack? I don't recall seeing much Wadhams stuff at the shows.

Outstanding collections!!!

I can't wait for the next installment!
