Thank you Doc.
And many thanks go to Gary Drye as well, as he told me how he had painted over porcelain panels. As you can see the pump had several layers of paint on it as well as lots of chipped porcelain. I roughed up the panels with 80 grit, primed with self etching primer, filled in the chip, divots and pits, primed with regular primer, sanded, then primed again with epoxy primer. Finished with top coat and clear. Ad glass and faces are original. Have a good week all.
