Can anyone tell me anything about this pump? I haven't a clue why, but I find it attractive. If I had one "newer" pump in my collection, I think this would be the one.
Who made it? What would you guess as to the value?

I know what you mean Don, I think they are kind of cool. I think there was a display case made like these also. If I found a nice one at a good price, I think I would get it. Would have to be cherry though.

Ill have to get my Mobil Book but these came out around 1966 when Mobil(ruined) "remodeled" all their service stations from the old style to a newer rounded type of station-building, pumps, etc.
I'm assuming that is the pump I am looking at

They had a couple of these at Iowa Gas last year. I think the asking price on one was $300 which I think is pretty high. The only reason I paid attention to it was I know were there is one that I can have for free but have passed it up. The plastic top was missing. Pump is probably still there.

They were manufactured by Wayne and also had a matching oil cabinet. Mobil called it "drum imaging".
