Those look like pylon lights, similar to some made by Eco. I'd try to get them if I were you - pretty cool.

few pics from a drive to a service call today 1st is by the volo antique auto mall.this was all set up with a few old cars,but he turned it into a used car lot.

It is on the side of a big building next to the train tracks.
