Dave Beadles reports that he couldn't find the Red Oak II Phillips 66 gas station in Carthage, Mo. recently. Red Oak II was a restored village of sorts featured on the cover of Check the Oil! magazine six years ago. The local Chamber of Commerce said it was gone. But later on that trip he spotted a very similar station along route 96/160 in Missouri or Kansas like in Webb City, Carl Junction or Columbus. It is pictured below.

Thanks Dave for the report and pictures!
