I e-mailed this seller and told them that the pictured door was from a Gilbarco Visible and not a Fry. The seller quickly e-mailed me back and told me I was wrong and this door came off of a Fry Mae-West 117. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=290164321156&Category=40&_trks id=p3907.m29 Hinges are also on the wrong side for a Mae West Fry door. I don't think so. Do you guys see a Fry or Gilbarco door here? Mike [This message has been edited by Mike Smith (edited 09-26-2007).]

Mike that is a Fry 117 upper door. The one you open to set the fingers for gallons desired.

How can it be a Fry? No notch out for regulator handle. This door pictured is a tapered door (Fry 17/117 are not tapered). The seller e-mailed me the measurements 6" top and 7-1/2" bottom. It also has a protrusion at the bottom to hook your finger under to pull the door open (Fry doors don't have that). It is also hinged opposite of a Fry door. I have a 17 and a 117 and both my doors are the same size top and bottom with only the offset lip all the way around. Both my Fry doors are hinged on the right not the left. This is a Gilbarco door.

Somebody had better figure it out and let the guy selling the door know cause he has changed his listing on ebay saying it is from a Gilbarco as he was told by a gas pump "conosoure" bob

It's a Gilbarco T-177 or T-179 door. I have both type of visibles here in my shop. I'm also looking for a "real" Fry Mae West door for another 117 that I have. If I even thought it was close to a Fry door I would have bid on it myself and not drew attention to it here on this site.
