BJ approved the buyer, took their fee & left you in court to get paid or your car back !

Sounds like some of the stories I have heard about Pay Pal, Except the car was in the hands of a 3rd party [collecting more fees].

I still feel M.O.s & checks are safer [the bank/P.O. has time to safely clear the funds, before your item is shipped]. So it takes 7-10 days. How many days can you spend in court [or out of state]trying to get your money back ? & then is the item worth it ?

Wow, Bob.....H*ll of a story. How sad. That is incredible that they can "sell" your car and then tie you up like that. Logic would say the judge should have told B-J to hand you your car and they can go collect their fees. They were insured against this. (Don't confuse logic with the law) But your story will be repeated on ebay as the scam artists start buying hi ticket items and then telling Paypal a variety of excuses.
Bob, stay healthy and would like to see some pictures of any Mustangs youmay still have. Take care.
