I would say NO!
The gargoyle was stopped being used just before WWII, when did they start to make PAM-clocks?

I understand that Pam started up around 1940. There is no claim to be old on this piece or any other they have listed. Fantasy!

It appears to be a Pam clock
Just like a million others these days, the body is old and the glass advertising face is new.

If the body is old, it is only remotely possible that the glass face be in immaculate shape/bright white after 30-50 years of two light bulbs burning away right behind them 24/7. Originals have a certain amount of crazing/flaking.
I'm with the "fantasy" piece as well on this one, I would think it would belong in an older clock if real. The font looks mighty suspect.

I READ SOMEWHERE THAT PAM CLOCK STARTED IN 1950 AND CLOSED DOWN IN 1975. SHORT LIFE SPAN IF TRUE!

IF THAT IS A PAM CLOCK, IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MADE UP FROM THE PARTS BIN AND A REPRODUCTION FACE! IT IS POSSIBLE YA KNOW!
