This item was meant to hang on wall or ?, to drain out the remaining oil that clings to the can. Every drop counts.
Read sellers explanation of how it was used ! LOL
I tried to explain to seller, 1st time it was listed.

Dick, I read your post about the oil reclaimer. It is always intresting to read a discription of an item that collectors know about, as opposed to a dealer who is guessing. I have had two of these "oil reclaimers" and they were both free, so they cannot be to rare. I sold one and kept one for my wall. The one on the wall, says, "Drain All Co." Atlantic City, N.J. For salvage purposes only, Pat no.2071944. That pretty well says it all. The dealers discription was really intresting, but clear off base. Norm Huff.
