NEVER NEVER NEVER use a link sent with a notice about ANY ACCOUNT. PERIOD.

IF, you want to contact the company in question, DO IT FROM YOUR FAVORITES/BOOKMARKS.

Dick is right. Never ever trust a link or a submission form in an email. Scammers can make them look real when they are not. These "phishing" scams are getting very common.

If you have any concerns about your bank, Paypal, eBay or other account just log in like you would usually do from a bookmark you know is correct.

I usually take those messages, click on "show all headers" and forward them to spoof@ebay or spoof@paypal. They can trace them and often shut down the scammer before he can do much damage.
