Use the powder in the gold can with a 000 or 0000 steel wool. You can get it pretty much anywhere.
Great stuff

I use The Works toilet bowl cleaner. Spray it on & let it sit. Then use 000 or 0000 steal wool. It is only a buck a bottle.

Yup, Soft Scrub works good, but don't get it on your clothes!!!
I was scrubbin' a old sign once and I got a little overzealous and I had a blue t-shirt on, well you know the rest of the story.
Lots of good stuff out there.

CLR will take the gloss off. Be careful with that stuff.

I've found that good 'ol rubbing compound and steel wool will take just about anything off porcelain without scratching it. If it still doesn't come out, it probably won't. Using anything stronger risks damaging the porcelain gloss.
