I'm posting this now because a reproduction pump plate has just been posted on ebay. The seller has not listed it as original but says he believes it is from the 50's. I emailed the seller to inform them it is a reproduction.

I have shown a picture below of a real one in the first picture and a fake in the second.

Real one has rounded corners and thin white trim

Fake has square corners and solid red border. I bought a couple from Vic's for an outside pump. $25 EACH. Ted

HERE'S ANOTHER THAT THE SELLER SAYS IS NOT A REPRO AND IS IN REMARKABLE CONDITION. YEAH, RIGHT! IT'S DEF A REPOP AND IN SAD SHAPE I MIGHT ADD!

Don the original is 10 x 10 but rounded corners. This is what took me awhile to figure out. I don't see details as much as some guys.Ted

The repro sign shows the letters with flat tops. [O,G,S]. The original show those letters with rounded tops and bottoms.
