I have a replacement manual, I'll check it for specs and I may have one.

Cool Pic Lance,
Looks like an ERIE or PITTSBURG meter.
PENN-O-METER CLOCK

drgaspump.... I just happen to be repairing and dressing a clock for a Penn now....just finished it tonight.
This one looks to be the same setup as Lance's pic is showing.
I have already built two Penn replacements for the same customer. We used M&S face bezels because the others were gone.
These are the copies I made for a twin.
The opportunity for a replacement clock is knocking!!!

Joe,The units look incredible. How much for one?I heard you were building 2 for Miles. I would rather have an original but if I cant find a good original I'll get one off you.My other Penometer has a Trident Meter in it. Eries have the same so I'm thinking if I can find a Good Erie 603 / 753 series I'll be set.I'll just have to shorten the Drive shaft that connects the 2 clocks.

I am restoring a Trident for Miles too.
It has Rapidayton faces
The Penn faces in the picture have the same "inside" bolt pattern
It looks to me like a Trident would work after shortening the frame shaft and the drive shaft....It looks like the bolt pattern for the bezels will fit a Trident too
The bolt pattern on the bases is different though.
