Gotta share this with you....Yesterday I attended a local auction in Idaho City, ID. A small town about 45 min N. of Boise....The auction was held in a saloon/steakhouse. The owner was downsizing and selling lots of his decorations inside. He had two old pumps. Here we go.....Pump 1. 1940's Tok 39 tall SKYCHIEF. Repop globe and porcelain signs. Good, straight, complete condition. Good paint, hose and nozzle....sold for 1500...Pump 2. 1950's MS 80 CONOCO N TANE scrip top. Condition same as 1...sold for 1300.....I'm not kidding....So FYI thats what they can bring at right place and right time......You can bet I will have a nice pump or two at some auctions from now on.....tks Warren

That does not suprize me! I went to a farm auction here here Seattle about 7 years ago and a wayne 70 that was not in good shape at all sold for 850.00 plus 10% buyers fees plus tax. About 1000.00 for a junk 100.00 wayne pump. After the auction I asked the guy if he wanted a few more at that price and he said no that he just did not want the other guy bidding to get this one???
You just never know what people are thinking.
