Hello everyone,

I am restoring a Bennett 646-B and my Veeder is missing the bell unit. Actually, it doesn't have anything associated with the bell (no hammer, nothing).

The ID plate on the commputer says:
"factory rebuilt" and is stamped #535. I could post a pcture to help you identify it.

Would need everyting to install a bell and complete my restoration.

Also, if someone could post a picture of what this bell unit is, I could see what I am missing.

Thanks in advance,
jukin

These are two versions of the three side mount bell systems I know of.
The third uses a more shallow bell and shorter bell shaft.

The cam part is on the bottom center shaft and the pin should be at 4:00 position

hello Joe,

email sent.

Mine looks like it needs the long version.
