i found an old REVERE light fixture. it has 3 light sockets on the top, but one of the fixtures is missing the part that the bulb screws into. so does anyone know where i can find a fixture? the number on the other two is '4A-211' the fixture sits on top of the ceramic bowl/shade. the ceramic is tan instead of white, is this common? i have only seen white or green bowls/shades thanks, marty

Marty--I've been rebuilding a lot of lights lately and correct parts are hard to come by. At least I haven't found an outlet for them yet. That part number won't mean anything to the people on this website but a good picture or 2 might! If we can see what you're looking for, maybe someone can help you out! Visual is always best! If you can't get the picture posted--email it to me and I will do it for you.----KEVIN

believe it or not, but I have found most of these at my local Lowes or Home Depot (they are located in drawers). ..I repaired/replace one on a revere that I got from Jack Sim last year at Iowa gas ..plus all for my restored gas pumps and air meters...

Marty, as Paddy said most "big box stores" have fixture parts. On the 'net are hundreds if not thousands of vendors that carry parts also. If you need the "body" itself because it is damaged, again check the 'net. If your not sure what you need, I suggest you take the fixture "body" with you to a store that you trust. They most likely will have all the parts you need or can possibly "steer" you to someone who can find the parts or do the rebuild themselves. The best thing is, once it is rebuilt it should look original and have upgraded internal parts.

Here is Marty's pic, Marty, there are many spots that will fit your light. You have the smaller ones that I have seen. I also believe your light is one that was made a little later, (50's) maybe because of the number of openings for spots in the unit and the way is it configured inside the spot holder. All of them work and one is not necessarly better than the other. I hope this helps, I have redone many of these and parts are readily available. Also, you do not have to add the 3rd spot, just get a plug at your local home store, aluminun. Mick
