I need some help on a few values. I know a retired Gas Dist. that has a set of Texaco Ind. Leters (large red) still In the boxes. He retired In 1973 so I know they farly old.Any $ idea on their value??
I also know where a ten gallon fry pump with the wire mesh around the cylinder Is going to be auctioned.
The medal skins In the middle part of the pump seem thin and rusty. Any idea ideas on the medal skin and value I should bid up to.
I'm in Northern Michigan where $ Is some-what TIGHT, everybody Is waiting for their STIMULAS checks!!!
I'm hoping for reasonable prices. Thanks Much,

I can't say on the Texaco letters but I could probably help on the pump if I knew what model it was? Fry made several models in a 10 gal pump and some are definitely worth more. Pictures are always best and remember, condition is the most important thing if you plan to restore it.
Bad condition costs lots--good condition cost lots less!!
If you don't plan on a restoration, then the appeal of the pump to you is probably more important but a model number is where you should start.--Hope this helps.---KEVIN

Are the large red signs metal or plastic? Do they light up or not?
