Is this original? It looks original but has a 36B door on the other side.

OOOOHHHHH
I would like to see that mech.
I made ONE for a #36 but that ain't it.
May be a 36-B clock mech that was "FRANKENSTIENED" into a #36....
Is the "B" door the one w/ the reset???? That may explain it

Here is the other side. Joe, I seen the clock you built for the 36. I was trying to buy that pump from dwaine before the clock convertion.

I do not think it is a B clock unit. There is no sight glass hole in the face. It is on ebay if anyone is interested. I forgot to get item number.

It looks like it has a flat linkage for the reset like a late 850, or a 950 or 36-B clock unit.
That clock unit should fit a 36 without the computer face trim kit.
It is DEFINATELY a Tokheim clock unit.
Do the faces say Tokheim????
It all looks like original equipment....It may have parts from other model Tokheims.
From the jobber or the factory... who knows.
it is interesting though....I like it.

The pump is a "Tokheim Cut 870 Special".

Sure it's the real deal.
It was Tokheims way of selling a pump w/o paying a royalty for the use of a Veeder-Root computer.
Even through WAYNE owned a portion of V-R, they sold the 866 [60] & 876 [70] as a less expensive pump for commercial use.

What better way to advertise to millions of people at very little or no cost.

There is going to be a rush of counterfeits being made, just like the TOKHEIM 36-B & WAYNE 60 w/ dummy clock faces.
What's next ?
