I was wondering if anybody out there is an expert in salesman samples? I picked one up on FeeBay awhile back on a whim... I don't really collect samples but seen a buy it now price that seemed cheap. As near as I can tell from Jack's second pump book page 307, it is a Wayne 22. Jack says this model was intoduced in 1903 but any one know how long they were made? Also any opinions on the value would be appreciated as well. The Lady I got it from said it was her father's sample as he was a salesman for Wayne in the 20's. It is stamped W.O.T.&P.CO. I was so jazzed when I recieved this item as it is really super detailed beyond belief! Has the selector for pint,quart,1/2G and 1 gal. Also has a working counter for 0-9 The hand (finger lol) crank operates the rack gear and the spigot is operational too! All mounted on a walnut base. Thanks in advance! Jim
