I am building this Wayne 60 an dneed some help. I bought this as a project totally apart. I now have most of it painted but need fasteners to assemble it. I am using just a few (wrong) bolts to mock it up.

Can anyone tell me if someone sell a whole kit for the pump or should I just use what ever fits???? The main problem is that I am not sure but the front facing ones look like they will be visible and need to be some what ornamental? Also, the front ODDBALL ones that go through the front panels and twist to secure the front panel??? where to get those??

Thanks for any help---

Dave

By the way, I am doing this pump in old MOPAR colors, red, yelow and a hint of dark blue. I am going to do a custom globe in one of these logos. Any suggestions on how to do one??? I was going to buy a metal ring and frosted center and have a custom set of show through decals made???? any other suggestions?

Thanks, and what ya think??? I actually have a set of purgl DODGE and PLYMOUTH globes, but blue and white were boaring, so i went with custom stuff???

Thanks for any help

Dave

Gaspumpheaven.com will have most of the fasteners you will need.
T-way graphics can help on custom signs & the globe.

Do it correct & it will show in the end results.
Or go the -M I C K E Y M O U S E- way & you will regret it later.
[if the clock face is a dummy 866, use the correct I.D. Plate & knob on the side, not a crank back for a 60 computer].

Yes, they are repop clock faces. I bought it with them. It was someone elses project and they gave up.

I will do a web search for Tway graphics. Are they petrolina related or just a a graphics company/

Thanks Dave

Dave,
If you prefer stainless steel twist fasteners instead of aluminum give me an email.

Dave,
I received your email. Thanks. Here's a photo of the twister and paint protector. The pump is a Wayne 40 but the slot and protector is the same. Wayne used the slots & twisters on at least four models.

Hey--Scobie didn't mention it but he also carries the special bolts that go into the curved top and the ones for the faceplates! You can get them in brass or stainless! I used Rons fasteners on my last restoration and they are of very high quality!
Keep up the pictures as you go!---KEVIN

a WAYNE 40? ok, THANKS, IS ANYTHING ELSE DIFFERENT? OR should I be checking a different section for parts and the curved top bezel??

I still have to tape off and repaint the top, curved and face piecews as I am going for that frame din look.

like this attached one.
Thanks

I need a little help. I ma back on this project and I need to order the globe top bezel. since its a wayne 40 and not a 60, is it the same globe bezel or different? I dont see one for the wayne 40. I also need to order the parts from Ron for the front and rear panels.

Thanks for any advise

I go between, muscle cars, trucks and back to coke machines and pumps, depending on time and $$$$$, so I have these lapses. thanks for any help.
