I just called to confirm my hotel reservations and NOT to my surprise they didn't have me on the list. It happens every single year.

But Scott- remember the hotel has the best TP holders: you have to cut them a little slack...

I called the Holiday Inn tonight and they got the list from the promoters for reservations today. They tell me they should have everyone entered in the computer by the end of the week. Anyone bringing any unrestored 30's era gas pumps to the show?

We are bringing a boat load of pumps. Something like 30 as that is about all we can haul. Some will have to stay home. A couple 30's era in the batch I think.

Did a mapquest total of miles and hours for this years trip to Iowa Gas as i have to pick up a few things...ONE WAY...total is 2220 miles taking 36 hours driving.....Anybody out there top that???? OOOOOOOHHHHH thats alot of GASOLENE!
Wanted early tin litho signage. petro, farm, auto, etc.

Last year Frankpl & I did approx. 2100m going w/ a trailer, I let him drive about 100m.
In 1999 I went from here to Albq., NM, to La Junta, Co. to Burlington, Co to Bismarck, ND, [to pickup a friend & his pumps]. Back South to just East of Omaha, Ne. before heading to IG. Total 2766m & 42 1/2h. [according to the map]. Usually do 1800-2000 going.

About an hour 45 cruising at 400mph while being served ice cold drinks on United
