...I'd guess 1950's...post a pic of the frame/stand when you get it, before you paint it...

Well, I went on Monday to get the lolipop sign, but to my dismay it was only a 20" diameter. It looked like 24" when I saw it but didn't have a tape measure. The price was cheap so I bought it anyway. I work near a custom welding shop. I will see if they can replicate this ring in a 24" diameter and I will swap them out.
