The Fry in this pic was a 10 gallon 117-R when we started.
We took off the cast ring under the top and the cast ring on the cylinder base,
That left us with the top you see in the pic.
We had to get 5 gallon rings for the bottom and top of the glass,
a conduit kit, and removed some of the stops inside the body.
The globe mount was shot so it had to be replaced. There was no cylider so an acrylic 10 X 20???? was used.
We remade the rods and put capnuts on top.
I had just mentioned this in another post,
that Bob Bardwell saw this pump and told me he recognized RUSH parts in the cylinder before we started on it.
This is also the one that used the 4 way inside the globe holder for a vent and for a power conduit......
One side wires go to the globe from the body up the conduit to the 4 way, the other side of the conduit vented gas fumes from the cylinder back inside the body.
NOT ALL FRY PUMPS HAVE THAT !!!!
Right Travis?
Is that what you need to know?
