Can anyone identify this pump, The eared dome and the unique casting of the lower cylinder plate should make it obvious to identify but I've had no luck.I've looked in Jacks book several times but probably skip right over it.

Hello,

I would definitely say those are not original skins on that pump. They dont even line up with the casting lip, Look like they come off a Wayne or a Bennet. Good Luck finding skins for it, those are sooooo hard to repop, I think that the original skins were formed with a die. I know a couple of guys that has a couple of these that are needing skins and they have had them litterally for years trying and cant find any. Good Luck!!

I can set up anyone with a phone number for the person that sells correct skins for these pumps. They have the correct half round taper in them and beads around top. I helped in getting the tapered dies made and setting him up with my local sheetmetal guy who can do wonders with sheetmetal. He only runs a batch when he gets enough orders. (I believe 10 sets min.)

I would say that these skins are original. It is my understanding that they came both ways with the smooth skins or the fancy skins. I have one with smooth skins and I would be interested in a set of new "fancy" skins.

I offer quart can re-lidding, can rolling, lid stamping, and dent removal.
