What is this pump? Looks like an American top and Fry bottom? What is it and how much is it worth? Thanks in advance.

If you use Firefox web browser you can enlarge pics by right click on pic then zoom upto 400%.
Would it be worth more if it was a french bottom? then you could call it a French-Fry pump????? tt
