No problem.
I meas. it last year for a friend that cut the design from 2 pcs of 16 gauge & spot welded them to repo skins.

BTW, original clips & pins were made of steel, not brass.

If the side is flat, take Dick's pattern, cutout proper thickness of sheet metal. Using cutout sheet and the cutout part, and sandwich the pump side. Using either sheet metal roll, english wheel or a press can apply pressure to the sandwich and that will give you the embossed side no welding. use the pattern for many more sides. tt

Thanks for the diemensions, I can cut that out on the flat bed plasma cutter. I will try Joe's idea and see how it turns out, it should work perfect. I will even try and find some one local to press them like TT sugested and see which way looks best. All of these are great ideas. Thank You for the advice.
