IF YOU GO THERE, DON'T FORGET TO ASK IF THEY HAVE ANYTHING ELSE FOUND AROUND OLD STATIONS [cans, signs, pumps etc etc], this just might be the tip of an iceberg !

Okay, I called and talked to the husband this time. I'm suppose to be getting some pictures in a few hours when he gets off work. But after talking to him, I think I know what it is. And it's not a globe. But I think what it is a lighted sign. He said it's one sided and it's encased in an aluminum housing and it's about the size of a stop sign. He also confirmed it wasn't a globe. Here's what I'm thinking it looks like. Guess I'll know when he sends me pics this evening. http://cgi.ebay.com/GULF-GAS-CO-LIGHT-UP...=item53dc836e9d

HI Kyle'
You might want to go back and review a recent post on future collectibility here on the forum. If the sign is what you pictured , I think it's day is yet to come; if it works!!
I have no idea what it's worth since I don't collect Gulf or light up signs at this time.

I think the small ones are worth about $300. They're the most desireable, because they're easy to display. Not a globe, but not a bad thing to have in your garage.
