Must have been a misunderstanding,as Ron is one of the most pleasant guys to work with in the hobby.and he works hard to keep up with the tons of orders he gets.things do happen. Not a bridge I myself would ever think to burn.
Looking for gas,oil related clocks, especially neon and spinners .clock repair available. Mick

Having done restorations for over twenty years, the first time I used Scobie parts, was an eye opener. I've used parts from other vendors which I thought were quality. Ron's parts fit as if they were factory. No need to re-drill, adjust, re-thread etc. as with the stuff I had used. As said before, they are dead on perfect. Priced well and delivered in a timely manner. Good man, great parts. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

This thread is from 11-07-2009 I'm kind of new to this, but I guess I learned my lesson. I'm glad theirs other places to go to order repro parts from. I don't like giving a business a thumbs down, but I don't like being insulted, especially as a customer either.
Well you sure screwed up this time, that foot will never see the light of day again. Other Vendors WILL TAKE NOTICE.

Getting back on track. Count me as a satisfied customer of Ron Scobie several times over.
