This was a BIN about 5 years ago. Was on for 3 minutes when I bought it, way too cheap.

OK, I finally got around to getting some pics of my Mobil paper, plastic, and masonite items. Hope I don't bore you all with too many pics!
Thanks,
Darin

Circa 1940 banner advertising the new design can. Approx 27X40.

Circa 1934 Socony banner, approx 3X5 foot. I discovered off one of my White Star maps they used that Climatic Control slogan about that year.

1930's paper sign from Argentina. Great lithography on this one, like my old movie posters, and similar in size, 27X40.

1950's paper sign, 14"X35" in size.

More to follow!
Darin

And here's the rest.......

Masonite S-V V for Victory license plate.

Cardboard Radiator cover, 1930's or 1940's vintage I'd imagine.

And last, I have a heavy cardboard Kerosene and Burning Oil sign, ca. 1940's. I actually have a 5X7 photo with one of these signs hanging outside on a shed at a station in upstate New York. It's neat to have something like that to go along with an item, picturing it when it was originally used and meant to be thrown away.
Have a good day everyone!
Darin

I love that George. I just hope nobody presses the garage door button while it is hanging there. LOL

Here's my contribution for this month:

Early Sinclair seasonal cardstock pump sign. I've seen a picture of a pump with this sign attached to it with string.

This one is cardboard:

And, a Pierce-Pennant winter front:

The first one is a "1 of 1" used at the 75th Anniversary Sinclair company Banquet:
