I'll buy every one of those that you can find in the $300-$500 range....

I realize it's got some damage, but I'd say that's still a $750+ sign.

My dad sold a small version of that sign for $1000 years ago. I believe a member here bought it someone from Minnesota????

Stanocola...standard oil company of Louisiana...
only in 3 states...Tenn, Arkansas and of course Louisiana....
the company was out of business after 1923
there are 3 versions of this sign. They are all rare.
30 inch double sided (most common)
30 inch single sided (older than the D/S and not as common)
18 inch single (rarest and most expensive)
I own all three versions and all were purchased outside of my home state of Louisiana.

I would place a value of $1000-1350 on yours based on the condition...
a couple of years ago a member on this site (will not mention who) sold one in near mint condition, D/S with the metal ring and got $5000+ for it...
I have seen the 18 inch version in the same condition as yours go for as much as $1800-2000

Hope this helps

Paddy
