Just placed a huge order with Vic's as I have complete confidence and have great dealings with Don and his staff and had great dealings with the old Vics also. I have never had to leave a message or talk to a recorder. Always fast friendly service and if something shows up on back order I am informed when I place the order. Doing 6 pumps at once right now. My 2 cents. Ted

I said:

“I did just notice that the new vics has flooded eBay with ads for their parts. Hope it works out for them.”

I am not sure how this became a “gripe” about their company?

I have placed several orders recently from Vic's without a problem. One time a part was back ordered but it showed up withing a couple days. I also emailed a installation question to Vic's on a Saturday night expecting to get a response sometime the following Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when Don emailed me back within minutes with the information I needed. Pretty good customer service I thought.
