...I have three - two by Clark Miller and one other one by Tom and Susan Allen...together they give you plenty to look at, and they will complement each other (i.e., Clark's books fill the Gulf holes in the Allen's effort)...Christmas is coming - drop a few hints and you'll get them as presents...and if the 'gift-givers' in your life are anything like mine, they will be happy they found something you like that 'you didn't already have'...

I agree with both the responses above, buy them both, you cannot have enough knowledge in this hobby. Just look at all the responses posted on that Shell sign. Knowledge, knowledge, knowledge.

This is deer season, would you go out to get a deer without a loaded gun?

Thanks everyone, I will definitly get them both through old gas.
I just wanted to make sure they each had something to offer, and they did not just over lap each other through the entire book.
Thanks again for the help.

Another happy customer! We just keep putting smiles on faces around here. I have the same books as well and they do work well together. Still hoping the Allens' get the chance to continue what they started, though.

Thanks for the " Heads up " . I wasn't aware Clark diid a oil can book . He was helping me with research years ago and he's a great guy to do business with too. I'll get hold of the Old gas forum to buy the books as I could use anything on Crown now . Ed Shaver
