Was anyone from oldgas lucky enough to get the wayne 756 off craigslist for the $800 or best offer. I missed it by a phone call. As usual day late and a pump short

Was that the one in Mass. along with some odd Wayne car lift ramps? If so, I was going to call, then realized I don't have $800.00.

I believe it is a 576 not a 756 as DB states. Shown on page 321 of my Gas Pump ID book.

I'm surprised gasoildude, you don't have a copy of my book?

Take a good look at it, a 576 without the lower skins.

That pump is now in my collection. Nice pump, glass intact, all I.D. tags. positive stops etc. and when I turned the crank, it worked! The guy selling it just bought the property and found this in the barn he is tearing down. One of the I.D. tags read F.D.N.Y. 576. The best part of the story is that my lovely wife saw this ad and made all the arrangements to pick up the pump, along with an aqua 455-E and a wayne 866, so I have her to thank for these pumps. Now she wants an addition on the house to display some more pumps in! She's a keeper!

$5,000-$6500 complete.
Joe your 576 clock will also fit the 730 [electric version of 576 & maybe a few other WAYNE'S].
