Hi< I'm new, but i've been into pumps for a while! It started with the bar pump, then a few pump cabinets for my model cars, now I finally bought a 50s Wayne 505 pump for in front of my garage!! I hope to have it ready by spring.

We all love to see pictures, but there is more than pictures. I don't know where in IL you live, but there is a swap meet coming up on January 16th where you can meet some of the greatest guys who are really into petroliana. This swap meet has been going on for 10-12 years, is the start of the new petro year. It is held in Columbia, MO. The motels are cheap, because it is a college town with no football game, and a great one (actually 2 day if you pay a little extra on Fri. night to see us set up) day swap meet. It is all indoors, but I will guarantee there will be snow on the ground. Don't know why, but there is always snow.

Now that you are into petro items, I would like to invite you to look at my website: www.petrocollect.com

There you can take a look at the literature for your pump, even the original nozzle that was on your pump.

Welcome to our hobby, actually our ediction, one pump will never be enough.

Hey Zipper, welcome.
As a fairly new member I can attest to what others have said. Everyone here likes to see pictures. Its almost like an addiction. They get grumpy when you dont post one once in a while, or when you are asking a question and it would be helpful to see a pic to answer it. Go to the swap meet if you can too. Wish I lived close enough to go.
John
