Found this sign in a bulk plant over the weekend. This is about the only thing it could get him to sell as he wanted to check me out on everything else or would not sell at all. I think the only reason he sold this is because he thought it was junk as it was very dirty and damaged.

There is a sign like this on E-bay now at about 690.00. How bad does the condition of this one hurt its value? One corner is badly damged and one side is rusted from sitting on its side in water at one time. Otherwise not too bad. I got it for $25.00.
