I JUST AQUIRED A PERFECT CLEAR VISION PUMP MODEL 227 TODAY, AND WITH IT CAME A ALMOST NEW GOLD CROWN GLOBE. DOES ANYONE KNOW 1. WHAT IS THE GLOBE WORTH?
2. WHAT COLORS WOULD THE PUMP BE PAINTED?

Ken,
Is the globe original?
Its highly unlikely a Gold Crown was ever used on that pump. The pump dates from the 1920's and gold crowns weren't used until 1956.
