Without a photo, hard to determine exactly what you are describing?

Is this pegasus a "cookie cutter"? If so, does it have brackets on the back to hang it? Sorry without a photo, hard to be much help.

Without brackets, IMO 99.9% fake. No way to hang sign without brackets.
