We were passing through Arkansas headed home after our Thanksgiving trip to see parents.... We spotted this, and just had to pull in and take pictures. We were thinking to ourselves "man that is one spoiled dog... that's the most expensive dog house we have ever seen!" The man had used 6 porcelain mobil gas signs to make it. What a waste. Lucky dog!

I used to run a survey crew that staked out right of way for highway projects. Once we came across an old junk pile in the woods where the clearing was to begin in a matter of days. As we walked through marking the limits of the ROW, I saw a corner of a porcelain Coca Cola sign on the edge of one pile of junk. My heart skipped a beat or two as I recognized it from price guides as an extremely rare one, booked for over $2k at that time. I ran over and picked it up......and it was missing a floorboard sized piece on one side of the sign. Broke my heart. But somewhere in Jefferson, GA there is a ole rusty car with an expensive floorboard in it.

That is neat. I wouldn't mind disassembling the dog's house and taking a panel to a laser cutter if the horse was still all there and have it cut out! At least it would still be an "original" Pegasus, kind of! Darin
